Smoky Cape Lighthouse

The last of the three light houses we visited on our trip was Smoky Cape lighthouse located near Seal Rocks within Hat Head National Park,  another beautiful light house with magnificent views of the coast.
Standing 460ft above the sea,  it is the highest lighthouse in Australia.  Designed by James Barnet, The building was completed in 1891.  An easy walk and well worth the effort.
